What kind of information do
you provide?
We provide the best mailing address, agent, manager,
publicist, production company and charitable cause for
58,000 celebrities worldwide. We also provide contact information for
over 9,000 celebrity representatives and 5,000 entertainment companies including phone, fax and email addresses.
Do you
provide home addresses?
We do not provide home addresses for several reasons:
We have
the utmost respect for the privacy and security of the
celebrities in our database.
Mail
sent to a celebrity's home is often screened by an
assistant and given to the celebrity's representative
anyway.
Unrecognized mail sent to a celebrity's home is often
marked "return-to-sender" for security reasons.
Instead of
celebrity home addresses, we provide you with the best mailing
address, agent,
manager, publicist and production company with phone, fax and email addresses. We may also
provide you with contact information for the celebrity's
private P.O. Box and/or personal assistant.
Do you
provide email addresses?
We only provide email addresses for each celebrity's representative (agent, manager, publicist, etc.). We do not
provide email addresses for the celebrities themselves for
several reasons:
Once a
celebrity's personal email address is leaked to the
public, they change it immediately.
E-mail
is not the best way to contact a celebrity. The best way
is to send written correspondence to the celebrity's
personal representative.
How do you
get your information?
We get our celebrity contact information from many different
sources including trade publications, reference directories
and our own network of personal contacts who work in the
entertainment industry. We also make a lot of phone calls!

How long
have you been in business?
We have provided celebrity contact information to fans, businesses, nonprofits, authors, and the media since 1990 by mail order, and since 1996 online via the Internet.
To search for a celebrity's contact information, you
must login to the Member
Lounge using the username and password you chose when you
signed up. Next click on Search Database from within the
Member Lounge.
How do I
search for a representative?
Simply click on the Representatives tab from within the
online database located in the Member Lounge. From there, everything is cross-referenced and cross-linked.
How do I
search for a company?
Simply click on the Companies tab from within the online
database located in the Member Lounge. From there, everything is cross-referenced and cross-linked.
What if I
can't find who or what I'm looking for?
Free research requests are included with your Contact Any
Celebrity membership. Please use the Contact Us form located
in the Member Lounge to let us know the person or company's
name you can't find. We'll get you an update within 24-48
hours.

You can change your credit card information anytime by faxing us at 310-362-8771.
How do I
request a Postage Refund?
Download and print our Postage Refund Form, then mail it to us along
with the returned envelopes. We'll send you a Postage Refund
Check for fifty-cents per return, plus research and update
the incorrect addresses in the database.
What is the
difference between your online service and the Celebrity
Black Book?
An online Membership to
Contact Any Celebrity's Member Lounge gives you instant
access to our online database of contact information for
over 55,000 celebrities. It also includes the best mailing address, agent,
manager, publicist, production company and charitable cause for each one plus over 6,000 representatives and over 4,000 entertainment companies with phone, fax and email addresses.
The Celebrity Black Book contains the best mailing address
for over 55,000 celebrities plus the representative for each
one. It really is a personal preference as to whether
you'd rather use the Internet or refer to a book. However, keep in mind that we update the book annually and the online database daily.
Our site is protected and secured in many ways. All
transactions are encrypted and processed by a third-party
credit card company that uses state of the art security. We
do not store any credit card information in-house. When we
look up your account, we can only see the last 4 digits of
your credit card. Our site is also
Security Metrics Certified. Every quarter, a third-party
security company scans our servers for possible security
breaches, and will not allow us to process credit cards if
we do not pass their inspection. We also
have an "A" rating with the Los Angeles
Better Business Bureau.
How are my credit card details protected?
All

do not store any credit card information in-house. When we
look up your account, we can only see the last 4 digits of
your credit card. Our site is also
Security Metrics Certified. Every quarter, a third-party
security company scans our servers for for possible security

we do not pass their inspection. This inspection is like a
restaurant being inspected by the Health Department. Your
credit card company also protects you, usually not holding
you responsible for any unauthorized charges, especially
over the Internet.
